X THIS WEEK’S SECOND COLLECTION IS FOR RACIAL JUSTICE SUNDAY to support the work of the Catholic Church to promote racial justice in our schools, parishes and in wider society. 

X COLLECTIONS – last weekend’s collection raised £514.11. The collection for the Parish Building and Maintenance Fund raised £483.13 Thank you for your generosity.

X BULDING A BETTER MARRIAGE – as part of the preparation for the 2025 Jubilee year, the Southwark Marriage and Family Team will be running a Building a Better Marriage Course throughout the Archdiocese from February 2024 on the following dates between 9.45 am - 4.30 pm.:

·         March 16th: Gravesend Parish

·         April 13th: Whitstable Parish

·         June 29th: Sittingbourne Parish

The one-day course is for married couples. The weekend is organised by the Sisters, Faithful Companions of Jesus (FCJ). Jesus invites each of us to 'Come and See' - this weekend will give the opportunity to explore the vocation to religious life and to reflect on God's call to you. 

If you are wondering if God is calling you to religious life and would like to find out more why not come along?  You are welcome to stay for the weekend or just come along on Saturday for the day. There will be opportunity for prayer, reflection and input, chance to ask questions and to meet others who are also wondering where God is calling them. Next week’s second collection is for Racial Justice Sunday to support the work of the Catholic Church to promote racial justice in our schools, parishes and in wider society.
