FIRST HOLY COMMUNION MASS (OLHoC): 2.00pm (Parents, Friends & Guests only) 

X PENTECOST - Thank you to everyone who made Pentecost special last Sunday. The liturgy and singing in the service and the meal after in the hall. It was lovely to see people dressed in their national costume and sample some delicious national dishes.  

X ST JOSEPH’S, CHERITON – a working team is studying and considering all the options to enable us to open safely at St Joseph’s for Mass. The health and safety of parishioners and participants at anything that is done at St Joseph’s Church is taken seriously and is a priority. Thank you to all who are working quietly to get St Joseph’s ready for Mass again this year.

11 June – some of our children will celebrate their First Holy Communion with families, relatives and friends in the afternoon. 

18 June – Bishop Paul Hendricks will confirm some of our young people in our parish. 

25 June – The children celebrating First Holy Communion will celebrate with the parish community at the 11.00am Mass.

If you are celebrating your 1st/10th/25th/40th/50th/60th+ wedding anniversary this year, please let your parish know as soon as possible, and no later than the end of July, providing the following details:  your names in the format John and Mary Smith, your email address, home address, the anniversary you are celebrating, so you can receive an invitation from the Archbishop for the renewal of vows during Mass.  Spaces are limited.  You can also get in touch with us at mflkent@rcaos.org.uk

X OUR LADY HELP OF CHRISTIANS & ST ALOYIOUS WITH ST JOSEPH'S FLOWER FESTIVAL in the Church Hall at Our Lady in Guildhall Street, Folkestone on Saturday 1st July to Thursday 6th July. 12.00noon - 4.30pm. 

There will also be a special Ploughman's Lunch available on Saturday & Sunday 12.45pm - 2.30pm.
