X CHURCH CLEANING – Please, we still need volunteers who are willing to spend an hour a week for the cleaning of the church. Please contact Fr Alex or the Parish office today.

X REFLECTION ON AND FOR PARISH FURTHER GROWTH – During the Pentecost weekend, 7/8 June 2025, I distributed 200 forms asking you the parishioners to fill a questionnaire of three questions covering from the time the two parishes became ONE to today.

I invited you to inform yourself first by finding out about what is happening in the parish every week to avoid any repetition or the mistake of stating something that is being done already but you are not aware of, what are the projects and plans that are there but did not start because of the lack of volunteers to lead them.  Learn about the role of each parish Committee, the existence of Children liturgy, the altar servers, children’s summer club. Do you know that an attempt had been made several times to set up a youth group? Recruitment of Catechists and volunteers to organise youth group? How can things be improved?

I wish to thank all those who returned their forms, the deadline is here, even if you have not filled your form, would you please return the form with your address and details.

If anyone had missed the distribution of the forms, I have made some for you to fill and return before going home today, I want to hear from you before drawing the parish plan for the next five years and the parish’s journey into the future. Thank you for returning/ filling your form today. Happy Feast Day, we are the body of Christ here in Folkestone.

X INFANT BAPTISM May only happen after undergoing a preparation with the parish priest.
